We offer competitive rates, with our residential maintenance teams fully qualified tradespeople, giving you peace of mind with the best quality work possible, with all our work guaranteed. We are available 5 days a week and we do not charge a call out fee.

We are the key holders for many properties, which takes away the hassle of someone being at home whilst the work is being carried out.

RESIDENTIAL PLANNED AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

Our residential maintenance teams are fully qualified tradesmen, which mean you receive the best quality work possible and all of our work is guaranteed.

Our reactive maintenance team is available 5 days a week and we do not charge a call out fee.

We are here to provide you and your tenants with a fast response to any maintenance or accidental damages needs.

Our planned maintenance teams work off a contractual basis. An initial FREE assessment will be done on your property to learn your requirements and put together a program of works that will be carried out at a time to suit you, whether it is weekly, monthly or annual maintenance.

COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE

Our commercial maintenance teams are all fully qualified tradesman, which means you receive the best quality work possible and all of our work is guaranteed.

Our reactive maintenance team is available 5 days a week and we do not charge a call out fee.

We are here to provide you with a fast response to any of your maintenance or accidental damages around the office or workplace. We can be there to secure premises after a break in or accidental window breakages or simply just to touch up on an area of paintwork that has been scuffed, keeping your workplace looking at its best constantly.

PAINTING AND DECORATING

From repainting single rooms, to repainting entire properties, we will do it all.

We cover all aspects of insurance related repaints after damage has occurred and offer free estimations.

Our team will deal with the moving and protection of furniture meaning you don’t have to.

OUR RATES

Our hourly fee for reactive repairs is £75 +VAT per hour, plus material.

For all other works we will provide you with a FREE quotation and can schedule works at a time that suits you.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
